After living here for 3 years, I must say this place has become home, but I’m moving on to another journey. This community and the peaceful nature around is unmatched. I’m going to miss the Maintenance Team the most. From Day 1 of move in, they were prompt and attentive to issues and resolved by end of day. They’re always zooming around and helping others, but still take time to ensure that everything you need is taken care of. They’re also encouraging and friendly. I’ve seen negatives about this place, but I would take into consideration WHO was renting. My neighbors have become friends and look out for you, definitely a safe place here. I will miss this place! Thank you for being a place of comfort for so long.

This place has bed bugs, and they will lie and say they don’t. I have proof from a private exterminator they do. The property manager Tim is extremely unprofessional and manipulative. Also had issues with our neighbors abusing and neglecting their dogs (see photos) and reported this to Tim as well as maintenance team, and nothing was done. These people would keep their dogs outside locked on their porch for days so the dogs had to use the bathroom on the porch, and were also not given water or food. I would hear them whining and crying and oftentimes would scream at the neighbors until they let the dogs inside. The police also did nothing and said it was an animal control issue, and I couldn’t get in contact with them. The owner of these animals would clean the porch maybe once a week and

I have lived here for over 2 years and just renewed my lease! I have nothing but amazing feedback about this community. If I have Any concerns, management responses very quickly and helps me. Especially Martha, She is the best person to go to with any questions, she answers them perfectly & finds resolutions. Nice area. Super clean. Spacious. Great amenities. 10/10 compared to other apartments i’ve stayed in.

This place has really drop within 2yrs. We have upstairs tenants from building 21 who throws trash & Christmas trees out their doors onto the sidewalk/walkway and have minor children hanging out unsupervised. They don’t use the trash bins nor take it to the Large Trash Container! The area by my apartment should be repaired and paved. I’ve complained and sent multiple pictures/Video proof of this to Management! Management has not taken any action nor enforced any further notice. This is absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary conditions! I guess it’s like every management company, only care about Payments!! I pray management takes control of their property.

I recently moved into Crosswynde as my first apartment and it has been a pleasant experience! The staff are super friendly too, especially Carlos, he was always down to help out with any questions and just nice to talk to. The amenities are cool too, got a nice pool and an indoor basketball court. I submitted a maintenance request and it was completed in the same day. I’m looking forward to spending my time at Crosswynde’s
