If you're planning to buy a house from fisher homes, RUNNNNN while you can. Bought my house in August 2024 and since day 1 it had to many details. 1 mont before the closing date they had me come to mark all the details so they can get fixed and honestly they dint fix a single detail. Honestly at first I didn't wanted to be picky because it was my first time buying a house and the main reason was because they cover a 'WARRANTY' on details after 1 year of purchase (BIG MISTAKE). On October 2025 I had a visit from a guy named BRAD, he was supposed to come look at all the details I claimed under warranty and honestly it was a waste of time. To whoever is planning on buying a house from FISCHERHOMES, I recommend you to look somewhere else. The last thing you want to do is to do kind of business with these people. It's been a nightmare for me and my husband, we submitted our warranty and we had a visit from a fischer worker, who's been wasting our times. When this person visit us to look at our issues with the house he said that almost everything was normal. Only one issue needed to be addressed according to him. He told us not to use our shower in the meantime they send someone to fix the wall because we where having water filtration thru the wall. After 2 months they called my husband to schedule repairs and they even agreed to fix stuff that at the beginning where normal and not covered by the warranty APPARENTLY. So far o

Avg response time to emails is 10-14 days. -They refuse to fix faulty sod. It is going into July and our yard is still brown. I'm active in our community so I'm aware we aren't the only ones. -Our internet box was installed on the wrong side of the house/driveway so the internet company had drag the wire all the way around the house, excavate, and then re-bury. -Our bathroom light fixture blows out bulbs literally within 30 days. DON’T let the 5 star rating fool you!!!! I purchased my home in Crossvine Estates Braselton, GA and closed in December 2023. The builder installed dead sod in the backyard. When I asked them about it they are saying sod and landscaping is not under warranty and is not covered. How do you not stand behind the garbage that you installed. The only green are weeds and the sod has been brown since day 1. Neighbors to my right and left have the same issue of dead sod. I bet if it was put in the front yard it would have been fixed. It’s all about looks and they don’t back the work they do.

Experience a lot of bait and switch advertising tactics. Their advertising of the homes that bring you in are located at other locations. The houses at other sites are much more than mentioned on the ad. The sale rep actually blames the pricing “errors “ on the corporate office in another state. Buyers beware of false advertising.
