Crossroads at Meridian Apartments

Lisa and Cassandra are among the very best office management I've ever experienced in the 4 States I've lived in! Professional, prompt, cheerful, helpful. Thomas is outstanding and immediate on maintenance, and the other guy (Eastern European?) is great too! There is a really nice walking trail just behind the complex by the river. No smoking on the entire premises is a huge plus! Apts have good layout and fair pricing, as of right now, fall of 2025. Small gym and a pool are nice too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful home.

I've lived here for a couple years now and I don't plan on moving any time soon! I have a great view of the river and the office lady is so nice, she will be missed when she leaves. It's a quiet apartment building, there's not a lot of parties or anything and there is a park. The kids are very quiet and respectful! I moved here because there's a washer and dryer, a storage unit on the porch, and I moved in when there was a deal for pet rent. We're also right next to the Fred meyers and highway access. I pay $1,685 for a two bedroom The only bad thing that ever happened was one time my catalytic converter got stolen, but that's a big difference from when I was in tacoma and got it stolen all the time

Truly a five start experience to becoming a new resident. Lisa and Cassandra were awesome. Personable, always helpful, and know their way around helping an applicant. I look forward to having both of them as managers. Grounds are beautiful and quiet niche of a place along the river. After I have been there a few months will post another review, but I am looking forward to being a new resident and it is thanks to Lisa and Cassandra that I'll get the chance, safe to say it would not have happened without them! I’ve been living at this apartment complex for the last 5 years, I have really seen this place get turned around. The management is amazing, always so professional and kind. As well as the maintenance team, consistently efficient & prompt. Would recommend living here.

Amazing customer service! Lisa Barringer was so amazing, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. She made my son and I feel so comfortable and excited to move here! The units are remodeled and the river view is amazing!
