I wanted to take a moment and recognize an employee of CrossPointe Management Group; On Sunday Dec 28th (in the wee hours of the morning) my ceiling began to flow water. I called maintenance emergency line. Jarod answered and we were quickly able to get it stopped due to his exceptional knowledge and talking me through the "how too". Unfortunately due to the time of night and what was needed to fix the problem he was unable to fix the actual problem but we were able to stop the water flow. He was amazing by showing up with the right stuff first thing the next morning and it was fixed in minutes. Despite what my husband states in his review below, we've actually had 3 main issues. He forgot our dishwasher went out the first year we moved in (very old dishwasher that needed to be put down unfortunately, RIP) and as the main chef and dishwasher in this household, a functioning dishwasher is essential. Iykyk! Gary was right on it! Brought a brand new one in and installed it immediately. We've been living here for almost two years and honestly we feel very blessed and lucky. Before we only rented private homes, so renting a unit managed by a big property company made me feel uneasy. However, any issues have been fixed promptly. Gary and other staff have been great. On January 27th I lost heat in my home. I went into the CrossPointe web site and requested maintenance. I was pleased when CrossPointe responded within two hours. Shortly after Casey Parker was at my door to fix the problem. He expeditiously went through his trouble shooting process and found the problem, a burned out HVAC fuse box. Within two hours, he went to Lowes to get new parts, installed the fix and had the system up and running. He stayed and went through a full HVAC cycle to ensure everything worked. I have had HVAC repairs take a week in the past. It was really nice to have a knowledgeable, courteous technician like Casey handle the problem.

Crosspointe has been wonderful and very helpful! My home is beautiful and well maintained. Darlene esspecially has been super nice and quick to help when needed!
