Crossings at Hazelwood

This is the worst complex. Everything breaks so easily and everyone is rude, but tries to cover it up with fake niceness, especially the manager Zaria. Definitely overpriced. The landlord special if you will. -Edit: Look out for the mold and insect issues since she wanted to reply rudely. We’ve been charged hundreds of dollars for “dumping trash” even though we moved it after we were asked to. (Had to escalate that to someone above apt. managers for that.) Unsupervised children are constantly running out into the road. Our sink has overflowed several times with nasty water, ruining personal belongings. I’ve also lost a tire and had to patch 2 others because of nails being left in the parking lot. The list goes onnn

i’ve lived at some pretty bad apartment complexes but this is by far the worst. management, specifically zaria, are aggressive, rude, and uncaring. i have no clue why she got rehired to come back to work here. she clearly has not changed a bit. i’ve lived here for over 2 years and have seen countless staff quit due to the absolute chaos that is crossings at hazelwood. melissa and xavier are super sweet but i try my best to stay away from zaria due to her constant bad attitude. cars are constantly being broken into and cops being called because of fights on the property. there have been numerous times i have been woken out of my sleep to neighbors screaming at each other and fighting in the breezeways. other neighbors are leaving trash on the stairs and in the breezeways and management doe

I can’t recommend Zaria highly enough as a property manager. She is professional, reliable, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s handling tenant concerns promptly, keeping the property in top condition, or communicating clearly every step of the way, Zaria shows a level of care and attention that sets her apart. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it shows in the results. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your property, Zaria is the one!

Value for the price to me means for paying over $2,000 a month with the water bill and pest control I shouldn't have had to deal with roaches, mold, a non working dishwasher, a dryer that was really loud, maintenance that never came to fix anything, a manager who's ghetto, unprofessional and rude, dog poop everywhere, sewage coming up not only at my patio door but feces overflowing into all 4 bathroom toilets. Not having lights outside the apartment for more than 3 months, no notification of packages, an office that closed early far too often, non working phones to communicate with staff, the removal of the ability to put in work orders. Speaking to the District manager and still getting no results. I feel like the value was maybe a $300 a month while I paid over $2,000. Worse than living

If you have children DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Was only a tenant for 1 year and it was awful. Was charged constantly for a patio violation. When asked why they said it was for having CHILDREN TOYS on the patio. The toys in question, A child’s bike and plastic slide. The pool was open 1 month the entire year the gym equipment is broken. My car was broken into. And People smoke and do drugs in their cars making the entire complex smell!! Awful experience! Save your money for somewhere safe and a better staff.
