Crestwood Hills Apartments

I lived there in 2001 - '02 when the rent was $410/mo. Can you believe it?!😮 The apartments were ok back then.. They weren't grungy but still needed improvements. I remember the insulation/trim around the front door needed to be redone but that's about it. I considered moving back in 2021 but after seeing them in person and the price was double what I paid before, I wasn't interested. The apartments in the very back needs major improvements too!

We lived there for a little over 2 years. The apartments as a whole could use some upgrades and so could the parking. With some minor improvements they could charge double the money and get it. It’s a great neighborhood and the management team was great.

I have lived in a variety of places in my life but, this is the most horrible place in existence. If you want cockroachs in everything you own, all electronics, all appliances, your toothbrush, bed,etc, this is your best choice. Oh maintenance does not exist.

Some apartments need renovated but the location is stellar. If they would renovate and pave, add parking, insist on safer balconies. They could charge double!

Nice apartments. Parking is a headache. Nice quiet neighborhood. Not a tenant, so much is not known about the property management.
