Crestview Villas

I’ve lived at Crestview Villas for about two years now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, modern, and well-insulated, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The parking lot is always clean, well-kept, and feels safe. The complex is fully fenced in too, which is rare around here and adds a nice sense of security. Stacey, the landlord, is amazing! She's super responsive, helpful, and genuinely easy to talk to. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and done right the first time. I honestly feel lucky to have chosen Crestview Villas as home for my family.

We had a wonderful 3 years at Crestview Villa Apartments (we left to relocate to another state). Stacey was an excellent manager during our stay. Very attentive to tenant concerns, vigilant with tenant safety. The complex is very well maintained, they are constantly making incremental improvements. The maintenance supervisor is excellent, personable, and very skilled. He actually used to be the apartment manager here, now he's in charge of all maintenance and grounds. The red leafed trees that adorn the property are just beautiful :-)

Stacey is the worst apartment manager I have ever had. She is so cranky and has nothing better to do that complain about the dumbest things. Ever since I called her out on breaking rules in the past, she has retaliated by being rude ever since. She glares at me every time she sees me, she enforces things with my unit more than any other unit, such as towing a visitors car, but when tenants park there, she doesn’t tow them, even when they’ve had those same vehicles registered with the office in the past. She also refuses to fix things that clearly need to be fixed. We have needed a dryer for 3 years, but still have not received one. They claimed back in April that they were looking for one? Are you getting them from a metal scrapyard or something? I have never had so many issues with an apa

I enjoyed living in this apartment complex for the last few years. It is quiet, and the 415 bus line stop is within 3min distance walk. What made the living experience great here is the respect, professionalism and kindness of the Residential Manager, Stacey. Both Stacey and Noel, are dependable, responsive, and helpful. They are always able to respond to any inquires immediately and make sure that tenants have a safe and enjoyable stay. Thank you so much!

Been here about 4 months now and I love the manager Stacey Tow! She's easy to talk to and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. The apartment complex over all is nice ,clean and quiet which I love. Maintenance is pretty on top of it considering this is not the only apartment complex he works at. Noel's great! The only downfall about all of this is I wish I signed the lease by myself with out the roommate 🙄🙄😔😔 I apologize to all my neighbor's 😔😔
