Crestview at Cordova

We love living here! It’s a nice quiet community, the pool is big, great gym and on site laundry. Office staff is absolutely fabulous and quick to help, also very kind! The maintenance staff is also incredibly kind, any issues we have had been fixed urgently. As in I call in an issue and less than 30 min later they are here to fix it! Our apartment is lovely, everything works, carpets and flooring are in great shape! All in all we are loving it over here!

Lived here 25 years in 2 different units. Pros: Quiet and conveniently located in Scenic Heights area. Recent re-siding of all buildings, weekly lawn and landscaping upkeep, quarterly pest control, lovely pool are, office area with Cox WiFi hotspot that is accessible throughout the property for Cox subscribers, dog park area. When people move out, they update the units, which is nice. All are a bit different in terms of colors of counters and appliances, with nice looks. Pet friendly. Nice patio with storage closet. Nicely sized walk in closet and pantry, and lots of cabinets in kitchen. Ceiling fan in bedroom. Ample and free unassigned parking. Cons: one door for each apartment. If that exit is blocked by fire or debris, that is an issue. One entrance into the complex from Creighton

Update- things have steadily improved- the office and maintenance is much more responsive and the online payment system is working perfectly. And the laundry room is much cleaner and has working air conditioning. I didn’t want to leave a review because I am hoping that things improve. I’ve been here for almost 2 years. Until recently I haven’t had much to complain about until now. I’ve had maintenance orders in for almost 2 weeks and tomorrow is a holiday. My leaking bathroom faucet and toilet are STILL not fixed. My water bill will be much higher than needed, as well as my electricity since it’s hot water that is coming out of the bathtub faucet. Their online portal hasn’t worked correctly in several months, they’re sending me constant recertification emails when I have submitted it alr

I’ve tried to reach out to the regional manager Ms.Washington, as well as the corporate office by phone and left voicemails. It seems everyone is to busy or doesn’t care to address the concerns and safety of their residents. I lived here for 3 months and decided to break my lease for multiple reasons. I’m now being told I have to pay $2,460 in penalty charges for breaking the lease although the complex has not held up there end. When I initially moved in the apartment was half cleaned, and my ac unit stopped working properly A WEEK after moving in, and EVERY WEEK after the maintenance man had to come and patch it. My experience living here so far is pretty good!! Had a few issues here and there when I first moved in last year , but since we’ve gotten new maintenance crew an office staff things around here are so much better and improving!! I loveee Tasha from the front office, she’s absolutely amazing, if you call for anything she’s always listening and definitely gets the job done with whatever you need, right along with Trent one of the maintenance men! I don’t see myself moving from here anytime soon!
