I would give this place zero stars if I could for the way it was when we moved in here in 2024 and we were given an unfinished apartment with holes in the carpet. And holes in the bathroom door of my mother's room and missing doors and the doors we do have are broken I cant even close the one for my bedroom , we couldn't use our one shower for the entire time we have lived here because nobody ever came to fix it even though we put in work orders. And the shower we have frequently fluctuates when trying to shower ,and worst is we have a major problem with a roach infestation that has never been dealt with which we have reported to the old management team bug we were ignored. And my mom cant live with us right now because she cant walk up the steps she has knee problems and we have been

RENTER BEWARE!!!! I helped my daughter move into this complex, at 1st everything was great. The unit she got was nice, new appliances and new paint, carpet etc.....heard all the typical promises before moving in etc, but now that she has been there for 3 months her experience has been horrendous! She puts in work orders online and they’re ignored. She goes in and talks to management and she's ignored. She was promised a bedroom door the day she moved in and still doesn't have one!!! she still has to keep a pot under her kitchen sink because the pipes leak even though they have attempted to fix it several times, now the bathtub faucet is leaking so bad its gone from a trickle to a steady stream of water, they have to close the bathroom door just to get any sleep and the constant moisture in

I work in this industry and do not recommend this complex at all. I went by to tour and do an application after walking with the manager I noticed she really didn’t know too much. Pricing or anything. The model was nice for a good price. I did the application and took it in. I got an email I was approved but never at all heard from the manager or office. I got in touch with the leasing agent, who was ever the only one to help me. But she would not be getting the commission due to the manager walking me so it was unfair to her. I wanted to walk the unit 2 days before move in. I called 30 times with no answer. Finally had my sister go into the office because I live a hour away. She wasn’t acknowledged for 5 minutes. I came in with urgency to get moved into a two bedroom apartment for my children and I. Ms. Summer was very informative and made rime to show me 3 apartments that could fit my needs. She was very friendly, accommodating, and caring about getting me in a space that would feel like home and fits my needs. I am sold on getting a two bedroom at this location. Thanks again Summer.

My husband moved into this apartment on December 2, 2024 and since then, it has been one problem after another! I wouldn’t recommend my dog to live here. Currently we have mold and the state inspector told me it is minimal and to wipe it down with bleach. Also, my lease says 825 max for my rent and every month it increases higher and higher. I sent an email and she (manager Veronica) never responded to them, but told inspector I only emailed one time on September 17. We have been telling you since August 17 about the mold! I guess we do not get the respect or help due because we are moving and black. I am including a picture of me masked up because I’ve been sick and this how I have to sleep at night. I have been to the ENT twice for sinus infections. I was sick on September 4 too
