Since the new manager took over at the apartment complex, there has been a noticeable improvement overall. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Communication has been clear and timely, and maintenance requests are handled much more efficiently. It’s refreshing to have a manager who listens and follows through. The property feels better organized and more welcoming, and it shows that she takes pride in her work. I’m very happy with the positive changes and appreciate the effort she puts into making this a great place to live. We did a walkthrough of my unit, because the last manager never cared to fix my issues, Marta was very kind professional and listened to my concerns about the issues I was having.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am convinced these good reviews are fake because there is nothing good about this place. I’ve lived here a few months now and I wish I stayed at Lakevue (where I was before). It’s completely unkept- potholes EVERYWHERE in the parking lot, trash everywhere, and you can’t get maintenance to fix anything no matter how many requests you put in. The roaches are HORRIBLE- i have OCD and keep the apartment clean as a whistle and the roaches have now moved onto my fridge. MY FRIDGE. Every appliance is infested and was before I moved in, and when I ask for pest control to come, the apartments do not send them. One time they even tried to say it was my fault they were there- what?! Even if it was why are you not sending someone?! I’m too scared to use the appliances now because I

Pretty sure they deleted my review- don’t move here the roaches and management are horrible you have no idea. Worst place I’ve ever lived in my life.
