Crescent Lofts

Do not move in to 320 unit, the motor on the rod has been broken since July and still has not been fixed. Have been lied to saying they’re working on a solution but it’s now about to be November. Blamed the AC but it didn’t stop when AC was switched off. I have now emailed 3 times with no response and they have barely acknowledged previous attempts to ask about it. Maintenance requests have been marked as complete when nothing has been done. Management couldn’t care less that their tenants quality of life is affected. I haven’t had a moment without noise since July. It’s so loud that you can hear it over the AC or heat running.

Great clean neighborhood, understanding and kind leasing manager, friendly and quiet neighbors! I never saw myself staying in apartment longer than a year but crescent lofts has made me feel so at home! The maintenance men are also very on top of things and very kind! I don’t think you’ll find many places to live as great as this one in the quad cities :)

I love my apt!Katie really did a great job assisting me find the right apt.I have used maintenance for a minor issue and was taken care of right away.Nice view from the rooftop!Large windows to bring in sunlight. Great location with bars and restaurants downtown within walking distance. Highly recommend!

the apartment itself is so nice but they didn’t tell me prior to moving in that there was a COCKROACH INFESTATION in my apartment.

The buildings are well maintained and management is easy to get a hold of and extremely hasty in remedying any and all issues. We enjoyed our time there so much that we upgraded and got a better apartment with Katie. Thank you crescent and katie for all you do!
