Crescent Landing Apartments

Please make sure you are doing your research on t communities you are interested in moving into . No companies can not control everything but be mindful. Me and my friend visited. We asked about crime but we were just told to call the police station. This was only 3 months ago. Also, it concerns me when they speak of change of staff and yet it’s the same company and management so what you are not included. Also, a friend of mines moved into this community things that should have been done management stating was waiting until she move in why? This should have been done. Just visit and do your research. Feedback is to help others to do research and not just based on asked by workers to do positive reviews but real reviews. Over all staff provided customer service

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Erin and her entire staff. They are the most kindest and welcoming people. Top notch service in every way; every time I have a maintenance issue within minutes somebody has come out and fixed it immediately. The apartment the location is wonderful and I have enjoyed living here and look forward to living here for years to come.

I lived in crescent landing 9 years, i can say honestly that the landlord was the best landlord I ever had. She's caring thoughtful, understanding She loves people. If you didn't know you would think she lives out there, too the way to go above and beyond to make you feel safe and welcomed.

I live in a completely separate unit in Charleston, SC, and weirdly got a call from Erin in the Crescent Landing office, telling me that their parent company was only going to accept my rent checks until the end of my lease when I found a 'more comfortable place to live'. I thought that was weird and nefarious, given that I've lived at my unit for six (6) plus years and have zero ties to Erin or this property in *checks map* Greenville? I guess this office outsources intimidation calls? God help anyone who lives here. Also, I plan on living at my unit for as long as I need. Thanks, Erin.

This is a great place to live. It is a safe & peaceful apartment complex with absolutely beautiful landscaping. The management in the office, Erin & Dawn, and the maintenance team out here is always very friendly, professional, and helpful. Any issue I've ever had with my apartment was always quickly addressed, and resolved. I've lived here for almost 2yrs now, and if I had to do it all over again (find a place to stay) I would still choose to live in Crescent Landing. This apartment complex is not the projects or ghetto. And yes, (we the tenants) are given more than a 24hr notice about when an inspection will be, or when maintenance will enter our home. Just be happy to know that if you put in a work order, the maintenance man will show up knocking at your door that SAME DAY, or next day
