Creole Apartments

I would not recommend anyone to move to these apartments since new owners took over they will not fix your repair orders. I put in a maintenance repair at the end of January never got fixed the stairs have been broke since January they will not fix them they said we can use other stairs you have to walk to the other end of of apartment to use stairs I’m disable hard to pack laundry and groceries to the other end and back down to my unit which where the broken stairs is. It would be more convenient for me. Update I have moved out and now she will not refund my deposit she said my apartment was dirty and the condition of the unit my unit was not dirty. Terrible apartment complex. You’ll never get help with any maintenance requests and the managers are rude. But be ready to receive all the fines for no reason. The wind blew trash in front of your door? Fine. “Slammed” your door closed? Fine. It’s stupid when they can’t even keep all the dog poop cleaned and grass cut. I’m very familiar with this apartment complex and have had a consistently positive experience. The community is tight-knit—tenants genuinely look out for each other. Maintenance issues are handled promptly, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to live!

Since the new owners have came, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, not even the homeless. The apartment staff are PURE TRASH and money hungry, they do not fix anything. The apartment staff will knock on your door demanding rent, and also will send out threatening texts/ emails regarding rent. You can not get in touch with anyone via text, emails, or calls. Apartment staff will harass you about funds, but the second you put in any maintenance request. They will completely ignore you. The stairwell has been broken since JANUARY, and no one has came and assist the situation. Which is a big safety concern due to the cement could POTENTIALLY fall and hurt someone, also this a fire hazard due to ONLY ONE ENTRY to the staircase. This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT, better communication skill

I would recommend for people to stay at the Creole Apartments! The Management and Staff are Phenomenal! If you have a Problem at your resident they are on it. They are real responsive when you put in work orders or just need to discuss a matter. I've been there a year now and the changes they are making is making it a more Safer place to be or call home!! Just from my Experience you will not be Dissatisfied if you was to live there...YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!!
