I’ve lived here for seven months with my spouse and 7 month old daughter, and have been grateful for the community, property manager (brandy), and maintenance man (Luke)! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. If there’s ever a maintenance issue, they’re right on top of it! The parking lots are clean, and easy to get around which is a plus. Bull Run creek apartments is a lovely place to be, and very affordable!

I cannot speak higher of the property manager, Brandy. I live alone with my two year old daughter and with all the chaos life brings, I can always guarantee apartment related things will be handled timely and professionally! The maintenance manager, Luke, is also an awesome person! I can always depend on things to be fixed, repaired or even looked at when asked. Typically within the same day I have notified the office! Very rarely have I came across a landlord or maintenance team and felt comfortable IF they needed to enter my home without my presence. No worries with this team, whatsoever. I genuinely feel safe here as a single mother. My neighbors are kind and sympathetic. And the management is unmatchable. My daughter has lived here for 2 years now, and the manager Brandy has been absolutely exceptional in the way she manages this property. Even on the days where she might be overloaded with work, she is still attentive to every need. I couldn't ask for a better situation for my daughters first place on her own!

Well I’ve been a tenant in this apartment complex for ongoing of five years they have been their fair share of problems and issues but it saddens me on how someone is supposed to be a property manager can treat a tenant and lie!! when I reached out to corporate offices at Wilholt Properties they were quick to point the finger without adequate proof of accusations! They have been 4 Different apartment managers and sub fill ins During my time as a tenant. But to put out 2 children around the holidays is heartless and also cruel. To back up a property manager that is not telling the whole truth you have cameras for a reason use them! There is no adequate proof of these accusations to be held accountable for any violation that she posted on my door then later that day put a eviction notice on
