Covered in trash. Landlord doesn't answer the phone. Tenant's not held responsible. This is how neighborhoods get infested by roaches and rats
Ihave lived here for a year now and any problems I have the landlord fixes in a timely manner and is always very polite. Highly recommend renting here!
Horrible place. Roaches and very annoying neighbors but worse than that the landlord is awful at fixing anything.
