Creekview Apartments

We had the pleasure of living here for 4 years and I've gotta say, this is the most Dog Friendly place that I've ever lived at. The best part about living here was enjoying the outdoor amenities. The units are very spacious and well taken care of. When it comes to taking care of things, Rich, the Lead Maintenance Manager, is phenomenal. He has never missed a day of work, he even works on the weekends to keep the pool clean and perfect. Every single day at 7am, Rich is outside cleaning the grounds, working like a well oiled machine, rain, snow, or shine. I've never met a more dedicated and dependable person. I gave this apartment complex a 5 star review when I first moved in a year ago and when Leo was the manager. In all fairness, the units are super clean and the finish is remarkably outstanding. natural sunlight enters those units which is a bonus and the whole community has an uplifting and cheerful feel to it. However, ever since Leo left, the following issues have been observed around the building; 1- Breezeways are never cleaned like they used to be prior to Leo leaving office. Rich used to come around with a blower at least once every two weeks to clean breezeways. I now have to clean the breezeway all the way leading up to my front entrance on the third floor because it is embarrassing when guests have to pass by all the filth before getting to my door. 2- The pool is closed randomly

I do not live here yet, but I came to take a tour of the property yesterday and want to give a shout out to Angie in the Leasing Office. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She made me feel comfortable with the process and helped me answer my list of questions. Thanks for your help Angie!

I lived at Creekview for 4 years. Rich the lead maintenance guy is highly diligent and deserves a raise for how hard he works at maintaining the property and also tending individual tenet needs. Jennifer Arnold is an incredible property manager. She always took care of our concerns, is extremely professional, and caring.

I did a tour there with Angie, and she was amazing! She answered my questions, and I had a lot of them. She was so easy to talk to yet professional. Which was nice since I haven’t had good experiences with my tours in other apartments. The only reason I didn’t just apply today is the price was a little higher and I still want to shop around. Creekview was really nice and Angie made my experience great though, and I really appreciate it!”
