Well, what a difference competent management makes!! Gone Are the two LAZY ditzy bleach blonde airheads who stumbled into a management position the first time in the workforce lol. I have a new manager. Jess has turned this place completely around. Her biggest accomplishment today is getting the building recalibrated and actually hooked up to the solar panels that were installed at the get-go. My bill has dropped from $119 down to $49 or it should’ve been the entire two years of my tenure here. A decent human being, that treats, tennis with respect and kindness. Versus the old management team that despise the tenants here. She and Valentina I have created a positive living environment. The only downside would be unfortunately the 5150 residents and transitional homeless, who don’t abide by

Too many fire alarm inspection's, maintenance checks , management letters on door . It's always something. Notification for this and notification for that always giving twenty four hour notices of coming in which doesn't happen until a few days later but it's so invasive to have to always be waiting around for days hoping they don't show up when your in the shower or getting dressed . The apartments are brand new which is nice but there is only a laundry room on the first floor . These apartments are for seniors some living on the third floor have to go down two flights of stairs to get to the laundry room or walk a long way to elevator. Most apartments have laundry units on each floor .

A beautiful new building with a modern kitchen, area to relax an put puzzles together. Very comfortable. People and staff are friendly and helpful.

These apartments were built with a lot of pride. They came out so Beautiful and done with so much love thanks to all the contractors the communities is going to enjoy the work done.
