Crawford Crossing Apartments

Our mailbox was broken by neighbor kids back in early July 2022. Still broken and now the mailman refuses to deliver mail for us. We are told the owner needs to approve the repair/replacement. Kinda frustrating Usually they are pretty good about stuff.

Apartment isn't managed well. Alot of kids running around destroying property. USPS Mail is never delivered correctly and people will steal from you in a heartbeat. I hate this apartment.

Mold, bugs, trash, wonky internet that doesn't work, but the worst part is the management. Property management of Louisville will not help you, they don't clarify anything and deny any responsibility. Lived here for about 5 years, they raised rent considerably without doing any updates on the property. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. As I was moving out a new neighbor asked if we dealt with mold, crazy how they just paint over existing black mold. Someone should report them to the news. The internet is forced through Xiber which warned me it won't be fixed until 4 months later, they gave me the run around like crazy since October and this was my update in December from their supervisor. $55 a month for less than 5mb/s is crazy and PMOL denies having to do anything about it. Never answers the phone. Been waiting on washer and dryer almost 2 years now.
