Coventry Homes - Two Step Farm

Thinking about buying a small house there. There are different builders on site. The one I am reviewing is from David Weekley homes. At the Two Step Ranch. Great location! There is a feeling of community. Beautiful David Weekley homes, most still under construction, some very affordable. "The Bull pen" is huge and a refuge for all homeowners. Brittany will guide you through the whole thing, while educating us about Texas, the origin of the flag, and Texas history in general. There are different buildings with different functions, all for the residents enjoyment and families. All Texas decorated. A huge dancing space and a stage for future concerts. Came in to the Coventry Model Homes in Two Step Farm to network and talk to the sales rep there. His name is Oscar Munoz. I came to ask a few questions like, what inventory they have, when they expect them to be completed, do they allow agents to host open houses in their homes, what incentives they offer, and all I got in return was "no it's a conflict of interest" specifically to the question about open houses. If you like crooked walls, wavy drywall, crackling/ sparking electrical receptacles this is the builder for you. None of the construction team knows anything about actual construction.
