Courtside Apartments

I just want to say I like living at Courtside Apartments. The management team, Allison, Max and Zach are amazing. Very nice and welcoming and always there for me when I need something and very understanding. I also want to give a shout out to Kane maintenance. I want to thank him for always being there when I needed something fixed and getting the job done promptly. I’m very grateful and I appreciate you all very much and I feel very comfortable living here..

I love living here at courtside!! The process of getting our first apartment was smooth thanks to Zach! I could never leave this place due to the office staff members making it feel like a home. There are times at night where it’s loud but it’s an apartment complex what do you expect. And the maintenance team is beyond amazing! Always good at fixing whatever I need fixed and at a decent timely manner. Thank you Courtside for making our first home amazing!

Since my first phone call the office has been amazing. Everyone is welcoming, communicative and understanding. This is the first apartment where I don't feel uncomfortable walking into the office. I absolutely love all of my neighbors. A true feeling of community.

So I’m leaving courtside a five star because the management, the office staff as well as the maintenance at court side are great! I lived at courtside for a very long time. Some of the neighbors were unbearable as well as the kids but that is to be expected to some degree. Which the office staff did their best to help us figure out the best solution. I was able to gain life long friendships that are more family than friends! Which I will forever be grateful for. Allison, Max and Zack do their best to make sure their residence are taken care of and you don’t find that everywhere. Like i said the couple neighbors are really what ruined it for me and my son otherwise we would still be there. Thank you to the office staff and the maintenance for all you did for me and my family!

I love this apartment complex, when ever anything is needed you get the help right away and super great feeling of community/ family as well.
