I had a great experience touring this apartment with Jorge. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process easy and welcoming. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. Overall, a very positive and professional tour experience. I’m looking forward to the next steps!

⭐ 0/5 – Worst Living Experience of My Life Courtney Cove has been, without question, the worst apartment experience I have ever had. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what they would get. The living conditions are unacceptable. I dealt with serious maintenance and health hazards, including wildlife entering through the walls, insulation pouring into the apartment, and unsafe living conditions that management failed to address in a timely or effective way. Instead of solutions, I was met with excuses and delays while being expected to continue living in a unit that was not safe or habitable.
