I don’t recommend buying a home here. Very cheaply made they didn’t caulk a single room properly, the workers stuffed trash in our bath drains so the water isn’t going down. When we moved in there was a lot of trash in the backyard & they left gross dried up liquid in the microwave. If it rains the backyard floods and doesn’t drain properly for many days.
