I love living here! I have always had a great experience with all the staff, office and maintenance, even my neighbors are friendly!! Close to everything and price is good for the location. Come check them out!!

I had things stolen off my front porch. Snake in my kitchen. Worm problem.

I know it's over said in posts,but it's a shame that I couldn't give more than 5 stars. I've lived in many places and I can honestly say that this is the best place to live. Im only leaving because of circumstances out of my control and definitely not because of the fantastic people that runs this place. I am going to truly miss being here. The money I spent here has been worth it. Thank you Ladies of Villa @ Henderson!!!

lived here for 3 years, best apartment complex in town. maintenance is always 10/10 and staff is always respectful. neighbors are friendly also. we plan to stay for a while! making this apartment home. ❤️

I lived there for 2 years in the one story units It's quiet and good neighbors on that side of the apartment complex. When we had maintenance issues they were always taking care of in a timely manner. The only reason I am given this place 3 stars is because when we moved out they charged us for some painting and cleaning the carpets this is the 1st apartment complex that I have ever lived in that charged you for normal wear and tear. I am just letting future renters be aware of this when you move out.
