3/10/2026 - Comment regarding management response: You said all of your charges were made fairly and transparently. I have a totally different understanding of "fairly" and "transparently". The report.....your inspector's report....indicated the apartment was in "Good" shape. That says it all. You making a different decision after the fact based not on facts at all is not my definition of fair or transparent. It's shifty and sneaky....and not the way I would treat people. I hope someone higher than whoever is responding looks into this further. And future renters....read clearly what the management is saying. I lived here for a year and a half, before I had to unfortunately break my lease. This complex sits in a great neighborhood but is way behind on inspections. If the wind blows you loose power. Recently, the complex lost power, when restored everyone’s power came back on except my building in phase 2. It took over 10 hours to receive a window unit that did not even work because the electrical outlets would get so hot the window unit would shut off, you could smell the burnt old electrical outlets as they tried to reboot. For 5 days, half of the building only had partial power. No use of a stove, oven, ac or refrigerator. There was no natural disaster that caused this just neglect to the property. I have lived here for over eight years. My neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves, which makes this a peaceful community. Management is great, and so is maintenance. Plus, the landscaping is always up to date, with green grass everywhere. Even my ride share drivers remark about the place.

I recently moved to Florida and looking for a one bedroom. The price at this location is more reasonable than others. I went to the office and ofcourse they show the best area and best looking apartment but I know what I would had gotten was not going to be the case so I took it on myself to look around more after the tour. I wouldn't know which one bed I get. But I see that there are two buildings with 4 on them. I assume they are one bed apartments but Im not fully sure. One of the building 4s thats further away from the office immediately gave me a eye sore. It was a first floor above a door number 414. A tenant there has mattresses just laying in their front porch with a bunch of other stuff. I also heard loud music coming the apartment. That made me cringe. The neighborhood area surro
