Countryside Apartments

I moved in last month and since then have been very impressed with how they take care of the place. The maintenance crew is always available and happy to help out even with odd items. It’s very quiet and peaceful, and with the elementary school across the street there is always a security patrol in the area. My unit has plenty of closet space, the bedrooms are a good size, and there is a huge storage area in the basement. Also, I’m able to park my car in the front or back of the apartments, which is very convenient. The manager told me they will be installing new washers and dryers with high-capacity loads next month.

I been living here for a few years Know and since the new owner Carl H. bought the apartment his been doing a good job in upgrading the apartments, they look better than before. As for maintenance goes I have no problem. Its a nice area and clean plus the Elementary School is just across the street...

I rented here with my roommate and when I chose to move out and not renew my lease, she decided to stay. Management wanted to me to sign a form stating my security deposit would be returned when my roommate decided to move out (which could be years) and I said no, then turned out to be a stressful situation. I had no problem taking responsibility for the deduction in my security deposit due to carpet damages made from my pet.

I have been there for 10yrs and since Carl Haude bought the place a few years ago its been a disaster. I moved out end of January! They are going on the 3rd management company starting March 15 so what does that tell you!! He has fixed up the place but the work has been done half ass. The apartments for $825.00 and not worth it. Way to small for the money.The apartments in union grove are way bigger and less money. The hallways in some buildings are unfinished and LQQK like crap. When it rains they get water in the basement. You get cold air in the winter around the windows and they put windows in but didn't put insulation around the windows...everything half ass. Carl Haude dont keep promises!!!
