Country View Apartments

I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to apply. PROS: Rental rates are unbeatable, low crime, no roach infestation, routine pest control. I LOVE that they have a no tolerance policy for drinking and smoking weed in public. Super close to my favorite restaraunt ever, Amigo's Place, located in Ferris. CONS: There is no way to pay rent online so you have to go out of your way to pay rent. The post office close by closes at like 4 and they're closed during lunch hours. So depending on your work schedule, it's just very annoying to deal with. I had just had a baby and had to get to back to work only a few weeks after having multiple emergency child birth related surgeries. Being able to pay online would've been so helpful for me during a very challenging time in my life.

I've been here about 5 years and the apts are great for the price. The pool area is always clean, the apts are deep cleaned and restored after every tenant.This is a quiet and safe apartment complex, the apt Mgr Ruth😉 is very helpful and knows how to manage the apts so every resident can live here with a sense of security and peace.

Lived here 2 1/2 years. Price is affordable but comes with bugs and the office tries to blame the tenants for the issue. Maintenance is not great and no internet or cable access without satellite until recently. Management can decide to not renew lease and just send you packing. Dirty Carpet was cleaned instead of replaced, tub painted over instead of replacing and the doors have been nailed together as a repair!

These apartments are the best. I made a lot of new friends here and I can't wait to make more!

The rent n management are excellent...how ever sadly to mention that maintenance is very poor.on building # 3 when it rains is very difficult for Tennant s to leave the apartment...is a big accumulation of water by the bottom steps.no light on the steps ,very ease for a accident ...no cable ......heating system is old ,very old ancient.need to be repaired..10 years ago.with a little fixings n a new maintenance...the place Will be excellent....rent if good..reasonable ....
