I toured the property on Saturday, and Jessie helped me. The layouts look beautiful, and the community feels quiet and well kept. I look forward to moving in.

I’ve been a resident for newly 2 years before I moved out on June 25th 2024. The $1,000 deposit was more than I’ve ever had to pay for an apartment but since my workplace was nearby I chose to live here. All they seem to care about is if your patio is cleaned off nonstop. Everyone was charged extra fees on their rent for water because of a mistake THEY made with the city of Wilmer. Usually I don’t care to look for a deposit back but this time I was determined! I wasn’t expecting my full deposit but I should have gotten SOMETHING back in return just look at my pictures! I hired a professional carpet cleaner for the bedroom and closet. I even had a walk through with the apartment manager Lauren who said the placed looked nice! I called her to find out what’s going on and she dismissed me and

I love this apartment complex . I love the layout of my apartment and how much space I have for me and my family . I also love the response time I get from contacting the apartment complex Manager Jessie and the time Eric the apartment complex maintenance staff shows up . I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to friends and family based off customer service alone

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The community is well-kept, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it if anyone is looking for a comfortable home.
