Sweetest little apartment neighborhood. My husband and I lived here for three years and absolutely loved it. We had the best neighbors in the world. In my opinion, this apartment complex is the best New Braunfels has to offer. The manager Megan is on top of things and is very sweet. Mark, the fix-it guy, is just wonderful. He’s so personable and happy to sit for a chat and get to know you by first name. They were flexible with us and our decorating adjustments as long as they were renter friendly. We had the cutest porch and enjoyed many evenings relaxing outside. I really enjoyed living here and will definitely miss these wonderful people!

Cotton Crossing truly feels like a magical little village. My boyfriend has lived here for two years and always said how special this place is, and now that I’m here too, I completely get it. The community energy is real in a way so many apartments claim to have but don’t. People know each other, look out for each other, and it just feels so welcoming and warm. A HUGE part of that comes from Megan. She is the heart of this place. When we needed to make a big transition, she helped us every step of the way with care and attention to detail. No random fees, no runaround. Just kindness, clarity, and someone who genuinely cares about the people who live here and LISTENS. Great place to live!!! management is extremely good at handling disputes from uncooperative tenants, as a full time musician, I can be trusting in the fact that if a noise complaint is filed, I am informed right away so I am not disturbing my neighbors! Don’t let those 1 stars turn you away from a place that has helped me in the best way when nobody else would! Great place to raise children, safe, quiet and accepting!

What can I say about cotton crossing. The best way to describe this place its a community created by all walks of life. The moment I did my walk through over 2 years ago I knew in my heart this was my home. Its a tight nit community where everyone talks to one another, checks in to see how your doing. Lots of friendly faces, pets and overall good vibes. This place is a safe haven for all walks of life that's including the wild life. We have an abundance of nature from butterfly's, lizards, birds, deer and humming birds. Nature itself has taken a liking to our little community. Plus we have a community garden to feed and nurture one another. The wonderful staff here at this complex feel like family. Any concerns or issues have been listened to and fixed. Mark himself is the magic man here.

I’ve been a resident for a year and I love my apartment. My unit location 1 bed with a study is in the best location with great views and sunsets. The apartment is very unique with a front door and big balcony and a back door with another balcony. There is plenty of storage and the appliances are basic but work great. The complex is smaller and off the beaten path with plenty of parking. The Gym is awesome as well as the pool. The best part is the residents and they take care of their apartment and outside areas. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The manager Katie is VERY nice and will do her best to handle any residents needs.
