Cottages at Torin Point

I love, love, love, LOVE! this community. The leasing office and maintenance personnel are so friendly and helpful. I have had no problems whatsoever living here, by far my favorite community i have lived in within colorado springs. Shout out to maintenance, Janessa and the rest of the team that make things happen and provide great service to Cottages residents.

I will give it a few stars because the neighbors are friendly and it is a quiet community. I moved here in 2023 and it was nice for awhile. These units are overpriced for the square footage. There is no storage room. When avanti took over they outsourced to China so it was very difficult to solve issues when they barely communicate with the office staff. Janessa and office staff are WONDERFUL! They are so kind and will help with anything you need. is the outsourced people that kinda sucked.They upped our rent to 1780 and moved and got a much better place with 500 extra square feet for cheaper, just for them to list the place hundreds of dollars below what they were going to increase our rent to. this is going to be a long one, and trust me i hate reading long reviews but this is worth it specifically if you are thinking of not only living here but spending your hard earned money. i’ve been living here since October 2024, these cottages were under a different management which created a shady lease for us, once it came to the lease ending the Avanti people did not care to fix our issue and our deposit money banished into thin air under the excuse of out deposit being payed by an 3rd party adding an extra fee onto our rent without our consent. unfortunately life happens and i had to end up making the decision to renew my lease due to being unable to leave. this process has taken over 2 weeks. constant calls, emails, texts and much more i’ve sent to not only the Avanti management bu

I met with Janessa, and had a fantastic tour. She was extremely helpful in answering questions and telling me about the property as well as providing me with info I would need, and all of the information to begin applying. The neighborhood at Torin Point is fantastic, and very ideal.

We had a tour with Janessa and a tour with Laila at the Cottages and we're so impressed with both of them. Both were super helpful, friendly and able to answer all of our questions. We received information we requested as soon as we left. They made the decision to rent here easy!
