Was moving to a new spot within the area and there was a lot of stress because of the amount of people in the process. However, the front desk person Mercedes was more than above and beyond. She made sure I was taken care of and has been the most pleasant person to work with since the transition to Avanti. When I had issues she had resolutions, such an awesome person. Additionally the maintaince person Brendan is also a champ. A very chipper can-do attitude and has well deserved pride in his work. Props to both of them and thanks again for the help getting the lease transferred! -Drew

I have lived here for almost two years and I love it! It's a convenient location to work and shopping. The management takes care of any issues in a timely manner. The process for getting an apartment was easy thanks to Dina's help! Best decision I made!

Impressive Community & Exceptional Property Manager I recently toured this community, and it immediately made an incredible impression. The grounds are clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, but the real highlight of the experience was the property manager. She was professional, engaging, and absolutely exceptional at showcasing the property. Her knowledge of the community, amenities, and leasing details was matched only by her warmth and presence. She made the entire tour feel effortless and welcoming, and it’s rare to meet someone who represents a property with that much confidence and care. Even from a single visit, it’s clear this is a well-managed, resident-focused community. Anyone considering a new home should make this one a priority to tour.

Over the two years I have lived here, I have personally seen around 10 mice inside my apartment. I can also hear them scratching and moving inside the walls, especially at night, which has been incredibly unsettling and stressful. It’s impossible to fully relax or feel safe knowing rodents are constantly present in my living space. I have reported this issue multiple times to the leasing office. While they claim to send “pest control,” the problem has never actually been resolved. The mice keep coming back. To make matters worse, I have had to spend my own personal money on traps just to try to control the situation. This experience has been emotionally draining, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. Mice pose real health risks and cause damage, and management’s ongoing lack of action

Hello everyone. I am leaving this review so that people will know what a great place this is to live.I have lived here for a couple of months now. I love everything about it. I love the beautiful community and how cute the units are. These apartments are near bike trails, walking trails, shopping, and public transportation. The staff here is wonderful. Mercedes the leasing agent is a very friendly, helpful, outgoing, and passionate person. She cares a lot about her tendendts and her community. She always make sure that you are taken care of in whatever you need whether it be just to stop in and talk to her for a while or a maintenance emergency. She's always there for you. I have had no problems whatsoever living here since I moved in. I highly recommend this place if you would love a grea
