I want to take a moment to recognize Leidy from the office at our community. She has been incredibly helpful since I moved in. As this is my first apartment, I had many questions, and Leidy has always been there to answer them with patience and kindness. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I understand everything and feel comfortable. Anytime I need help or clarification, she responds quickly and with a great attitude. Her support has truly made living in my first apartment a breeze. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in helping people. I really appreciate everything she has done for me, and our community is lucky to have someone as dedicated and friendly as Leidy in the office

No place is perfect but the team here goes above and beyond to make this place great. Location is great you have everything you need close by. On the water it is peaceful and has lots of nature. Maintenance guys are quick to come same day service most of the time. Its a big community so parking can be a little rough at times. You do get one assigned space which is nice. My space number was fading and I kept forgetting to ask them to paint it again. I came home last week and they had repainted all the numbers for my building- didn’t have to ask. Impressed!

I've lived here for 3 years and I can't say enough to justify how efficient, friendly, kind, and professional the staff here is. The community itself is beyond beautiful and cozy, the gym has everything you need for a full body workout, there's three different pool areas, and the maintenance upkeep is top tier. Handyman Cristhian especially stands out, as he seems to always be involved with any work that needs attention on the grounds and is known for being very friendly and attentive to all the tenants. All in all, Cortland Bayport is a vibrant community, filled with tons of amenities to support any lifestyle and help you feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone, especially families with pets!

I had a really positive experience touring the apartments with Kelly. She was warm, professional, and took her time explaining everything in a way that felt easy to understand. What I appreciated most was how genuine our conversation felt — we didn’t just talk about the apartment, but also about everyday life, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and natural. At no point did she make me feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she focused on what I was looking for and offered thoughtful guidance. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find a home that fits their needs. I would absolutely trust a community that has team members like Kelly. I would like to take my time and lave this review since this has been the worse experience I’ve ever had! I tried twice to rent here… the second time I was scheduled today for a tour they confirmed my appointment at 2:30pm, after I reconfirmed the appointment 4 times…. I arrived at the office and no one to welcome the customers, called by the phone no one to answer, then when the ladies arrived to the office at 3:10pm they didn’t even apologise that more than 5 ppl were there waiting for them. After still waiting for someone to talk to Me I saw that they make the priority to attend the non Hispanic customers, I left the office and the ladies saw me leaving and not even cared that I was leaving, it seems that they believed I couldn’t pay the rent for the tray that I got. 30 minutes later th
