Outraged by the utterly negligent attitude of the HOA toward its responsibilities! Our area has been in complete chaos for a long time: people put up greenhouses, build all kinds of garden structures however they want, nobody coordinates, and as a result, the whole place looks messy and is a real eyesore for both residents and passersby. Meanwhile, the HOA does nothing and doesn’t even try to restore order or set any clear guidelines for the appearance of the lots. It seems like no one in the association pays any attention or cares at all about how our neighborhood looks. Why do we even pay dues if all we get in return is chaos and neglect? I demand action to prevent our community from turning into a ridiculous vegetable market!

My brother just moved into an apartment off of fegenbush lane (Maplewood). We were told the unit was almost ready and he could move in on Tuesday but that the apartment was just being finished and may still need to be cleaned up from the "remodel". We said no worries we don't mind cleaning up some dry wall dust or wiping things up... So Tuesday morning we paid to rent a truck and checked out of an extended stay hotel. As were loading the truck he receives a call saying the apartment wasn't ready and we could move in Friday. Had we not already paid for a truck and checked out of the hotel this wouldn't have been an issue. Essentially this apartment was hideous on the inside. There are new appliances but aside from that the walls have chipped paint and marks on almost every inch.. the walls

Absolutely awful HOA company, Angela (employee) is beyond disrespectful and discriminatory in a situation where she tickets my truck only, with other trucks and vans in violation to the same bylaw. Tried reaching out for explanation on the seemingly discriminatory ticketing only to be yelled at, talked over, and hung up on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOA

This HOA is terrible. Its impossible to get in touch with this office. The HOA manager never responds to emails or phone calls. They never check in the condition of our subdivision. A lot people started converting their backyards to gardens,growing corn, tomatoes etc. The size of gardens is huge and look terrible. Nothing done by HOA to address this issue. The road in subdivision is not fixed and has a lot of pot holes. This HOA is not doing anything, they are simply terrible.

Cornerstone managed Shaker Farms Condominiums up until Nov. 2023 and I don't have the time to express how terrible they were. Their record keeping is almost non-existent. Their communication is terrible. Our HOA is fairly certain they embezzled money, but we cannot afford a lawyer to sue them. In multiple cases, they allowed contractors to do less than half of the work but still paid the invoices for the full job. I could go on.... I cannot believe they are still in business.
