We've been living here since December of 2025 and absolutely love it! If you're a little late on the rent, they're very understanding and compassionate about helping you find some rental assistance. Ms Jamie is absolutely amazing and I adore her! Definitely recommend Copperstone Apartments!!!!

I have been apartment hunting and when I came to copperstone, Jamie was super helpful and very welcoming! When I get ready to move copperstone will be a top choice.

These apartment are nice compared to the rest around the area these apartments are clean and I got new carpet. Only downsides to it are all the homeless people, the maintenance is almost non existent and people keep vandalizing my car and breaking into it so now I have to leave nothing in there, a while back it was nice over the years it has gone down and crime has gone up. If you need a safe place to stay this ain't it, the front door are just 2 sliding glass doors. If you want to be safe you are probably better off at Fairway valley even though those apartments are 10 million times worse.

My fiancé and I moved to Copperstone in September. We moved from out of state so we had to take a leap of faith and signed our lease based on just reviews and photos before our big move. We had discovered before moving that there were two parts to the property; one with a Pikes Peak Ave address and another on N Circle Dr. we weren’t worried though because the photos looked pretty nice. When we arrived, we realized the photos were only of the nicer side of the property, the Pikes Peak address. The outside looks very dumpy. Old RVs that have people living in them parked on property as well as homeless people that live in the parking area behind our building. I lived there for a year on the third floor alone and loved it. In the middle of everything. Everything you really need is in walking distance. My favorite part was the balcony and the courtyard. I could sit out there anytime of year. Sean was amazing too. Ready to help or solve any issue. Sad to go but It was great how it lasted.
