Copper Creek

I have been living at Copper Creek Apartments for 5 years. I am so happy to live here! The staff are wonderful! They are always willing to help me with any needs or concerns I may have. Lee, the office manager is doing a great job! The maintenance staff, Armando, Josh and Alex are wonderful too! Whenever I’ve reported a concern or maintenance issue, they immediately respond and let me know how soon they can take care of the situation. I’m happy to report they get the job done quickly! They are always very helpful, friendly and polite. Great place to live!

Lived for my 6 months lease did month to month after for like 2 months after , the whole time I lived there something was wrong when I first moved in it was my stove , fridge and hot water not on was taking cold showers . Then my fridge and washer and dryer , then my stove again , my plug ins , and my dishwasher . I put in a work order they didn’t come fix my dishwasher/stove/plugins.. for months literally I placed a work order in august I just moved out a week ago November they never came . I would call all the time cause I have little ones they never answer I would have too get my kids ready and walk too the office for them too have it locked , or she’s “busy” I need to come back and make an appointment I come back at the time she told me she’s “free” she not for another 20/30 min . The staff was professional and available to answer my questions and they kept me informed with the process of being qualified. The staff held the apartment that I wanted and gave me a garage close to my apartment. I am very happy that I moved here.

Copper Creek Manager Lee Murray, and the assistant manager as well as the maintenance-staff is doing a very excellent job in providing Great professional services for our community. I love my apartment and I’ve been here for two years. I give this property 3 stars because in the two years I’ve been here my rent has changed about 5 times, and as someone who lives alone and depends on consistency the frequent change in rent (often to a higher number) has been stressful. That’s the only issue I’ve experienced
