Copper Creek Apartments

Worst apartments ever. My mom has been living with a hole in her floor for months and with her sink unusable for double that. They take forever to fix anything. The cabinets when we moved in were falling off the wall. 100 would not recommend

JAMIE IS AMAZING!!!! 10/10 highly Recommended.. also, this apartment do deal with bad credit and people with evictions. You have to apply , get denied, and let the property refer you to ONE APP guarantee who can co sign for you.

I’ve had such a positive experience living at this apartment complex, and a huge part of that is thanks to the amazing staff. It's apparent that management & the leasing agent truly cares about us as residents.

I moved in September 2022. It has been one issue after another. While staff is very friendly. Lack of communication between office, contractors and maintenance. The issues one after another aren’t worth the cost of rent. To glance the place looked nice but once in. Horrible patch work. Tub upstairs leaked for months without proper repairs. Contractors that were hired always too busy. And leave job half done. Maintenance takes forever to get anything done. I rearranged my schedule and missed work numerous times due to having a pet and still several no shows. Contractors sealed my cat in the wall when replacing the tub. Had to cut out the wall to get her out. No adequate maintenance available on weekends, holidays or nights. I understand that you wouldn’t be fully staffed. But no one should

Never answers the phone. The one time I got in contact with them the lady was very rude. I’m not sure how you can rent or get any information from anyone when nobody will answer the phone or call you back. I can only imagine why everyone is trying to move from there....
