Contigo Apartments

I can’t say enough good things about the Contigo Apartments the staff is absolutely amazing the office staff are always there to help and answer any questions you may have and the maintenance is very professional get things done in a timely manner. I loved my time living here very nice atmosphere I had good neighbors and my apartment was very nice. If you’re looking for an apartment in the Ingleside area I recommend the Contigo Apartments I have stayed in other complexes and these are by far the best. Came in on a Saturday to view some apartments in the Ingleside area and I will say Cassie had the best costumer service of all. She was very professional and friendly and explained everything detail by detail. The pool area looked very relaxing. Thank you Cassie I will definitely be coming back next week to turn in my application

They’re usually very nice when you’re trying to lease! Im gonna be honest my experience wasn't that great! For a whole year i ask for my trash can they never had any! When i got the apartment its old and smelly when i left they kept my deposit found any little excuse but i clean that apartment better than it was, blind were falling off all the time! AC too noisy, dishwasher smelly, and yes when i called for service calls Ladies at front office seem annoyed and rude! Im back at ingleside but not here wouldn't recommend it!! Hope this helps 0-stars

These apartments are on a beautiful property, I love the lake view. The girls in the office are awesome! The management team is responsive, and the community has a friendly, welcoming vibe. Melanie was really sweet, she made the moving in process really easy for us! Nothing but beyond good things to say about this beautiful property. I love living here!

The women that are in the office are amazing. They have such a detail towards someone else’s living situation. And kindness is full abundance to respecting one situation, not to mention, they are amazing and strong in the ability to have comfort towards one another, I definitely highly recommend them because of their strong intelligence, charismatic attitude towards helping anyone Much love, Myles
