The apartments are large and the trains do not come through very often, when they do the trains are very slow due to carrying hazardous materials. Some of the stairwells are getting dirty, but some are still clean. Has a nice pool. Best of all it is dog friendly.

The property manager is super awesome. Nice apartments at a great price. As a single dad it definitely makes the cost of living affordable.

I've been living here for almost 2 years one of the nicest places in Ingleside Texas the management and maintenance team respond fast and treat you with great care. If you're looking for affordable living in Ingleside once you check here, you will need to check anywhere else.

I am very satisfied living here. The apt manager Ms Velma is very courteous and professional. She took care of my needs and answers all my questions as needed. My apt unit is beautiful and perfect for my needs. I plan to live here a long time. I highly recommend anyone to come live here. Very peaceful and nice.

Great place to live!!!! Velma takes her time to explain to you everything about the property and makes sure you are settled in. She is a great person. The maintenance man Kerry is awesome he makes sure everything you need is fixed and done quick and well. They are great people and a quiet place to live. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apt.
