Constitution Square Apartments

We used to love living here, but unfortunately when Peyton and James left so did communication. Our office managers gave us a ONE DAY notice telling us to clear our decks to make room for the painters. What would’ve happened if neither of us were able to take off of work the next day? Ever since then it’s been a poor taste in my mouth dealing with the front office. Currently looking for a new living situation because it has gone downhill.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have had the pleasure of living here for the past four years, and I can confidently say it feels like home. From the moment I moved in, I was amazed by the peaceful and quiet atmosphere that surrounds the complex. The grounds are well maintained, free of debris, as well as plowed and shoveled when needed in winter. It’s clear that management takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for residents. One of the standout features of this complex is the office staff. They are incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Their approachability and willingness to help make a significant difference in the overall experience of living here. Additionally, the maintenance team deserves a special mention. They are amazing! This has been one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived at. James and Peyton are amazing. They’ve helped with so much since they became the management team. The property is kept nice and it’s also very quiet. Maintenance is great. I’ve never had a maintenance request that goes ignored or not done with this current team. The managers are really good about helping with any concerns or issues you might have. They’ve made living here a very nice experience.

My Son moved into his first Apartment here 7 month ago. James and Peyton are great with giving him all the Info and help he needed. He loves the Place, it's safe and he feels great here. Maintenance is amazing always on time and fast. He works late Nights and James got him a Carport not to far from his place. Update: My Son moved out after 2 years and the Maintenance is still awesome can't say the same about the Management, definitely not James and Peyton. The Office Secretary is super sweet so and is like Peyton. Apartment was supposedly professionally cleaned by move in that's why my professional cleaning Service found Dog and Cat Hair 2 years later above the Fridge :-(. Oven was dirty so we cleaned it after move in. Apartment smelled like smoke for 2 years even after running an Air P

I just renewed my lease for another year! If I could give them a 10 star I would gladly. I love our apartment complex very nice, quiet and the location is great. The office guys are the most amazing people I have ever met. James Olin the property manager is most awesome, kind and extremely understanding person I have ever met. He is always there to listen and together with his team they are extremely helpful,understanding and very patient anytime we have issues! The maintainance team is the best always on time and doing a great job. Thank you so much James and your team at the office for always being so helpful and understanding and making my family feel at home always!
