If I could rate 0 stars I would. They will find anything on your move out inspection to charge you for. They charged me for holes in ceiling tiles which I specifically noted on my move in inspection of them being there. They also had hooks in the kitchen on the walls while I did the inspection, but they gave me the impression that they installed them so I don’t report it as “damage” and they charged me for those as well even though I did not install them. Complete bs, they also will never let their tenants know when renovations to your building are being done and when to avoid common areas. Completely unprofessional in every aspect and they’d communication is crap

You'd think as one of the longest tenured residents (roughly 2.5 years) in that complex you would get better treatment. Sadly, you would think wrong. Apartment flooded twice, sending feces and grey water throughout the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. One could reasonably assume that they'd be on top of PROFESSIONALLY cleaning the entire department. Nope. Maintenance cleaned it. The second time, the maintenance worker swept the feces into the closet behind the water heater for my pregnant wife, who was handling our 10-month old at the time as well, to clean.

Do not trust apartments that affiliate with connections property management. My husband and I have lived at juniper sands for 28 months. Rent was never paid late. This month, our last month they did not charge rent to our portal on the first. Rent did not show up until halfway through the month. They charge us with $150 late fee. They told us that our lease states we are responsible for uploading rent into our account regardless of the charge being present. Mind you, for the last two years it has always shown up on the 1st of every month, ready to be paid. Doing that for over 2 years had us under the impression it would be the same for the 28th month we’ve lived here. They charged us for their systems error. We apologize for not analyzing our lease after 28 months to know that if we don’t

I have written 1 star review about 6 times but they occasionally wipe their reviews so that way you don’t see the hundreds of 1 star reviews. So here I am just to add one more y’all enjoy your day:)
