Five stars for Ted. Was very prompt getting back to me in the sale of my deceased mother's property in Island Park. Easy to work with, was willing to meet me at the property and arrange for survey crew to properly mark four corners of LOT. Followed up immediately on sale offers and was able to close without any issue in less than a couple of months. Outstanding service, great communications and answers the phone!
