Compass Residences

I lived in the Compass 5 building for one year exactly and I had to move out because the marihuana smell on my floor was killing me. Also, the area is very unsafe and the building inside since the doors on the lobby is literally unlock and anyone can walk through. The backyard was the area for parties and cookout with loud music all night long. Delinquency inside the building with blood all over the floor and lobby with police activity almost every day. I moved out and the management did not refund me with my deposit check. I can't get anyone to respond my emails and phone calls regarding where is my money. If anyone knows how I can report this management office I will be really happy.

Beautiful place. clean environment, laundry on site, private court yard and a gym I love this place I moved in on Thursday and all I seen since I been here is them clean the building. Staff is all so sweet here.

The building were beautiful when they were built now, they are a disaster. Not being taken care enough.
