Overall poor. Anita was not communicative. People showed up at the house when I was working from home when I gave her my work schedule twice. We had to be forceful to get her to change what she wrote on the listing, which said nothing about our house that we were selling but said to beware of our cat??? I asked if I should do certain things to make the home more sellable and Anita told me no and after a month later her telling me to do them. Of course after which the house sold. She blamed me for not knowing certain things, which I was not told and wouldn’t know having never sold a home before, in a group email. I even found out later that other realtors do not like working with her for similar reasons. Needless to say I found someone else to buy my next home with.

Tried to see a piece of land that Anita was the listing agent for. Multiple phone calls, voice mail and no response until I was placing this review. Would not use her services.

Horrible attitude. Do not recommend.
