Commercial Connection

I lived at a commercial connection for almost 2.5 years and they have been my best experience with a leasing company to date! The property I lived in was great; I didn't have any weird issues with things going on in the building or obnoxious neighbors like I have had in previous places. The folks working at commercial connection are super respectful and professional. Rent is fair and my property was well maintained. I didn’t have to submit many maintenance requests, but when I did they were handled swiftly.

I rented with Commercial Connections for three years and they were one of my best rental experiences so far. Management was respectful and maintenance was friendly, quick, and effective. I would have stayed with them longer if I didn't need to move for work reasons. I would highly recommend.

Lived at a location for a little over 2 years. Great experience especially with it being my first place on my own. Maintenance was always on top of any problems which was genuinely shocking to me. Didn’t have any issues with most of the residents, except a few individuals doing questionable things but not a bother what so ever. Thank you Peter (maintenance), and Thank You Dean!

I have worked with Commercial Connection since May of 2014, renting out studio space for my business. Any problems I had, were addressed quickly and efficiently. Staff members always treated me kindly. It was a great place for my business, I am actually sorry to have to leave(switching cities). I have been a renter, off and on, since 1987, both personally and professionally. I CAN NOT say anything good about ANY landlord/mgmt company that I have had to deal with before. I wish that I could still have Commercial Connection as my landlord - that's how good they have been to me.

I have rented from Commercial Connection for the past year! It was my first apartment living on my own in Minneapolis, as I just had graduated college for the U. The apartment was well-kept, clean, safe, and accompanied by a wonderful community! The management was also outstanding - I couldn't have been more pleased. As a first time renter, Paul, the property manager, was always responsive, and kind, and answered all of my questions. The maintenance staff was so incredibly accommodating, always answered my requests the day-of, or following and even offered to help me install my window ac unit. Couldn't have been happier to call this place my first adult home!
