Hello, My wife and I recently rented a property that was managed by pikes peak real estate. All I can say is avoid dealing with this business at all cost. The property we moved into was not move in ready at all. The whole house was dirty, the floors were disgusting, and there was a lot of damage prior to us moving in that was not shown in the listing photos. (We moved from across the country so we could not see the house in person prior to moving in) The real estate representatives were rude whenever we had concerns or questions. They tried to schedule showings of the property while we still lived there with only a two days heads up when we decided not renew the lease. I’ve had a great experience renting here. Andrea has always been very understanding, responsive, and easy to communicate with. It’s rare to find someone who truly listens and works with tenants, and I really appreciate how supportive she has been. I would definitely recommend renting from this company

Andrea has been our landlord for the past 12 years. I will say she is the best property manager imaginable. She actually cares about her tenants and makes sure things were handled immediately when there was an issue with our rental. She is very responsive and always replies to phone calls and emails. We have now purchased a home and chose Andrea as our realtor. The experience was nothing short of perfect. She has been there for us every step of the way and made our home purchasing experience stress free. She was so honest about her opinions on the homes we looked at. Her experience is at the highest level when walking properties, so so knowledgeable. I wouldn't trade our experience with Andrea for the world. Thank you, thank you, thank you Andrea Warner. You are the best.

I would never hire Andrea Warner to manage my property. As the property manager of the next door unit that I share walls with, she consistently selects low quality tenants that are loud, disrespectful, and untidy; causing issues for the owner and the surrounding community. Furthermore, she is rude and dismissive of complaints. And she does not take timely and appropriate action to address the issues. I cannot discourage people from using Andrea Warner as a property manager enough. Edited to reply to your response: I received your contact info from the actual owner. You did not return my phone call, and you ignored my text message. Over the last 6 weeks, other community members and myself have filed multiple complaints with our HOA regarding the current tenant causing problems. This
