I recommend COLONIAL VILLAGE apartments. They always try to help and address and solve any problem you may have. They are very responsible and cooperative. The area is quiet, comfortable, bright, and very beautiful. David is a kind and helpful person. He responds quickly to any concerns or questions you may have. He is always available to everyone who lives here. If you're looking for a place to live, don't hesitate; these apartments are the best place.

I have lived at Colonial since July and it has been an absolute great experience. The outside is very well kept and beautiful and it’s always quiet out. My kitchen and bathroom are very beautiful and I love how spacious the apartment is. I have had very few things that needed fixed, but my maintenance requests are always taken care of very promptly! The management is fantastic and very nice! I would recommend Colonial Village Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live!

It fills me with joy to say that in these apartments, after the new manager named Dave arrived, there has been a good improvement. A very kind gentleman, very friendly, a lot of hygiene, security, I love it. I like living here, you feel tranquility.

Living at colonial village has been such a pleasant experience. The property manager David has done an amazing job with updating the property-even the garden workers are so nice. Management is very attentive and responsive almost immediately for anything at anytime… The community is quiet and looks so refreshing. I plan on being here forever if I can. I’m so in love with my place and our community. Neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. It’s no place like home and colonial village absolutely feels like home… ❤️

I feel like they should remodel all the apartments in colinal why wait till people move out to remodel and also they need more playgrounds for the kids
