Colonial Park I

I moved in from another state about a month ago and the move went smoothly. Some of the things people complain about here are true like parking in the grass/gravel, it's not exactly worth that I'm paying for it, but I appreciate this place for many other reasons. My neighbors are really relaxed and they also helped me move in a new couch, I've not had any initial problems with the apartment other than an issue with the lock not fully latching but it was fixed within the first day. The water pressure is outstanding and hot water lasts a long time. The location is perfect for me with pretty much everything you need within 5 minutes. Property management is terrible. Brief examples: They tell you to secure your animals for routine pest control (which is needed regardless if you keep your place clean as I do or not in apartments) pest control doesn’t show up, you call and email them numerous times for a month. Finally get a hold of them and they say they will call you to schedule pest control and they never do. Roaches on the walls all times of the day an Or You put in three maintenance requests for the same issue. They repeatedly say it’s fixed but it’s clearly not (hard to miss a puddle of water on your kitchen floor every couple of hours). You file another maintenance request except this time you put not to service the apartment if you don’t come to the door (because you actually wanna see what or if they do anythi

I lived here for 10 months and I hated it so bad. Please do not trust these people at all. As soon as they get your money. They won't have anything else to do with you. It takes weeks for maintenance issues, the apartments haven't been updated since the 1970's, and they can't keep a good cleaning crew and maintenance crew so you are on your own. Some people never have gotten things fixed in there apartment because the company wants people who were living here when the weather's were in charge to move to another apartment and charge them higher rent. It was much better when the weather's were in charge. They cared more about people than money. They never answer there phone and if you tell them about drugs, disrespectful neighbors, noise or domestic violence then they consider you complainin

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Requires 15-20 phone calls to get anybody in the leasing office to pick up the phone regarding any and all issues. They prefer you to email them to which they never respond. Office personal are very rude and apartments are completely outdated. Was locked out of our building multiple times due to the unmaintained coded door locks to enter buildings just to get into the building. Mowers take no regard to throwing gravel at your vehicles when mowing the parkinglot. Yes i stated that correctly mowing the parkinglot. 10/10 wouldn't recommend anybody waste there time nor there money on this place. If i could leave negative stars i would.

Walls are paper thin you have to have ceiling fan and wall fan going to try to drown out the sound of the neighbors and even that doesn't work. No noise enforcements so people can be as loud as they want and parking is really bad if you have 2 cars
