If you're a business owner looking for space in Minnesota, BUYER BEWARE when dealing with Colliers in Minnesota. They work A LOT with BREIT (Blackstone Inc.'s REIT) & its a complete PONZI SCHEME. I seriously can't believe the attorney general isn't investigating these folks. You will be overcharged in CAM, bullied and customer service will go out the window once you sign on the dotted line. Steer clear of these folks or at the very least have a really good real estate attorney look over the lease before signing & make sure you have a clause in there to be allowed to AUDIT THE BOOKS each year for those CAM charges. You've been warn. Good luck!
