Valencia is my kind of people. Down to earth, real, and gets to her business when it’s time for business. I can’t stress enough how good she is at what she does. Her and Lisa North got us an offer well over asking, navigated us through a stressful hiccup with our buyers, and got us into our dream home within a month of listing. She has a standing invite to the house for dinner any time. I always felt like I was a priority and I found myself talking to her on the phone like we knew each other from way back. When I have to do another real estate transaction in the Nashville area, I do not have to search for anyone else. She’s good at this, y’all.

This was our first home and I was very nervous at first, but Josh was quite literally there for us from the beginning and walked us through it all. Chuck Shaw is amazing! He continually went above and beyond what we've ever seen a realtor do for their clients. Nothing was too much when we asked a question or for more information on a potential property. He drove all over the state of Tennessee to act on our behalf and show us multiple properties, even bringing his side by side so that we could get around large properties. His knowledge of real estate and Tennessee were invaluable in helping us decide on a Tennessee home to retire in.
