When blending households, we had two houses to sell and one to buy. We enlisted Laura and Dave Spratt to be our agents based on two other real estate transactions that went smotoothly. That is the key...if the transaction is smooth, with no issues or negotiating, they are fine, if you can take Dave's questionable expertise on how repairs should be made. I choose not to go into the details of this experience, but suffice to say, if you expect your agent to advocate for you as a buyer or seller, they will absolutely not. The managing broker and owner of the agency were equally dis-interested in issues that would concern you, the customer. There are numerous real estate brokers in the region, do yourself a favor and avoid this one.
