Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT

Just closed on a new home today. My agent was Melissa Williams. She is the BEST real estate agent I've ever worked with. We worked on this project for 10 months. She was patient and supportive but the best part was the experience that she lent to the process. She had my interests at heart during every step of this process. It really pays to get a GREAT agent that KNOWS her trade. I highly recommend Coldwell Banker and Melissa Williams. Hats off for a superb job!

Horrible property management company. They will represent the renter rather than the property owner. They will not keep records or pictures of the move in move out inspections or produce picture unless begged for the property owner, especially when the property owner lives in another state. They like to keep you from going above them by walling you off from any contacts at the corporate level. I will continue my effort until they do their job and are held accountable for their lack of representation.

Always handle all of my Real Estate needs at this office in New Tampa area, always a great job. They have title and mortgage services here too.

Horrible experience. Never a call back, absolutely ignored 100% for the past month. Nothing, but empty promises that they'll contact me. I have left several voice mails, walked into the office twice, spoke with a manager and yet STILL not a single call from them. Terrible.
